دراسة التأثيرات الجانبية لبعض المبيدات غير الفطرية على الفطر Trichoderma harzianum (Rifai.)

Abstract

نفذ هذا البحث مخبرياً خلال الفترة الممتدة من أيلول عام 2012 حتى آذار عام 2013 لاختبار تأثير المبيدات الحشرية والأكاروسية ( carbofuran, propargite, abamectin, وdichlorvos) بالتراكيز ] 1 , 10 , 100 , 500 , 1000 جزء بالمليون مادة فعّالة ] في نمو الخيوط الفطرية, وسرعة تشكلّ الأبواغ, ونسبة إنتاش الأبواغ للنوع (Rifai.) Trichoderma harzianum الذي تشكلّ أبواغه المادة الفعّالة لمستحضر المبيد الحيوي الفطري بيوكونت.

بيّنت الدراسة ما يأتي:

● تأثُّر نمو الخيوط الفطرية للفطر المدروس سلباً (بدرجات متباينة) بالمبيدات المختبرة؛ إذ كان المبيد abamectin أشدها تأثيراً؛ لأنه منع النمو بنسبة 100 % بالتركيز 500 جزء بالمليون مادة فعّالة.

● تأثُّر سرعة تشكلّ الأبواغ للفطر المدروس سلباً بالمبيدات الأربعة؛ إذ كان المبيدان abamectin وcarbofuran أشد تأثيراً من المبيدين الآخرين.

● إضافة إلى التأثير السلبي للمبيدات الأربعة بدرجات متفاوتة على النسبة المئوية لإنتاش أبواغ الفطر المدروس, حيث كان المبيد abamectin أكثرها تأثيراً لأنه منع الإنتاش بنسبة أعلى من 90 % قياساً بالشاهد اعتباراً من التركيز 10 جزء بالمليون مادة فعّالة وما فوق.

The research was carried out in a laboratory during the period from September 2012 until March 2013. The biological effects of four pesticides (carbofuran, propargite, abamectin, and dichlorvos) on croissance, sporulation speed, and spores germination percentage for Trichoderma harzianum (Rifai.) were examined at concentrations 1, 10, 100, 500, and 1000ppm (a. i.). The Trichoderma harzianum spores are the active ingredient of the formulation of fungal biofungicide whose commercial name is Biocont. The study showed that the four examined pesticides negatively affected the croissance, sporulation speed, and spore germination percentage but according to different degrees; the abamectin pesticide was the most dangerous on Trichoderma harzianum.
