مقارنة استخدام نظام نمذجة معلومات البناء بأنظمة الكاد التقليدية في مرحلة التصميم

Abstract

تعتبر مرحلة التصميم من أكثر مراحل صناعة التشييد المحلية تأثيراً على تدني مستوى الأداء، كوجود التناقضات بين وثائق التصميم، وضخامة عدد ومستوى التعديلات مع ما يرافقها من صعوبة في المراحل المتقدمة من التصميم، والتأخر في التسليم، وفي بعض الأحيان الفشل في التوصل لأهداف المشروع.

يشكل نظام نمذجة معلومات البناء BIMواحدة من الوسائل الفعالة والتي تمتلك العديد من المزايا التي يمكنها أن تساهم في حل هذه المشاكل. ويهدف البحث إلى إظهار فعالية إدخال هذا النظام في مرحلة التصميم، وذلك بمقارنته مع أنظمة CAD التقليدية.

في سياق هذا البحث تم إجراء دراسة لحالات متعددة لمشاريع فعلية تنتمي إلى فئة الأبنية السكنية في مرحلة التصميم للاختصاص المعماري. وقد دلت النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها بأن إدخال نمذجة معلومات البناء BIM في مرحلة التصميم للاختصاص المعماري يمكن له تخفيض الوقت اللازم لإنتاج الوثائق التصميمية بنسبة تصل إلى 75%.

تخدم هذه الدراسة كافة الشركات والمؤسسات التصميمية الهندسية في الاختصاص المعماري، وتشجع صناع قرارها كي يشرعوا في استخدام BIM. وتبقى الحاجة موجودة لإجراء مزيد من الدراسات على أنواع أخرى من المباني ولاختصاصات أخرى مثل الإنشائي والصحي والميكانيكي والكهربائي.

Design phase is one of the phases that can largely affects the lowering of performance level, i.e. conflicts in design documents, numerous modifications to be performed and the difficulty that causeatlate stages of the design process, and consequently delay in delivery and sometimes fail to reach the project objectives.

Building Information Modeling (BIM) system is one of the effective methodologies that offers many privileges that could take part in solving these problems. The purpose of this study is revealing the influence of implementing BIM in design phase, by comparing it with traditional CAD-based systems.

Case studies have been conducted for projects of residential buildings during design phase in architectural part. Findings indicate that implementing BIM in design phase for architectural discipline have shortened the time needed for producing design documents by 75%.

This study could be utilized by any company working in the architectural design field, and encourages decision makers to start using BIM. Furthermore, there still is a need foran extensive studies to imply other kinds of buildings and more disciplines ofAEC industry.
