Abstract

شهد قطاع النقل البحري، وخاصة سوق ناقلات النفط بمختلف أشكالها وأحجامها، سواء في مراحل البناء
أو الاستثمار. تغيرات مهمة في الربع الأخير من القرن الماضي وقد قمنا في هذا البحث برصد تطور الناقلات وتحليلها على صعيد النقل التجاري، وضمن أنواع  متعددة بين الاتفاقيات التي يُمكن استثمارها، مروراً برصد تطور تكاليف  ناقلات النفط وتحليلها واستثمارها، ضمن اتفاقية الوقت وغيرها لمختلف الحجوم  والأنواع، وتوصلنا في نهاية البحث إلى بعض الاستنتاجات التي تُبين بشكل علمي هذا التطور، مما أدى إلى انتقال صناعة بناء الناقلات من أوروبا وغيرها من الدول الغربية إلى شرق آسيا بوصفها نتيجة لمجمل التطورات المذكورة.

The maritime transport sector especially oil tanker's market has witnessed significant changes in the last quarter-century in various aspects and sizes of these tankers, both in the construction phase or investment. In this research, we do monitor and analyze these developments in terms of commercial development and the various types of agreements governing the investment of these tankers passing through the monitoring, analysis and investment prices of oil tankers, such as the anti-time and other various sizes and species, and reached some conclusions that indicate scientifically the reasons for this development; leading to moving of industry of tankers from Europe and other Western countries to East Asia as a result of all these developments.
