تأثير التباين في أقطار كريات البولي ستيارين الممددة على المنتج النهائي

Abstract

يهدف البحث إلى دراسة تأثير عملية تمدد البولي ستيارين على الكثافة الحجمية للكريات الممددة, وللمنتج النهائي . تظهر النتائج أن الكثافة الحجمية للكريات الممددة, تتأثر مباشرة بفترة استراحة هذه الكريات في مستودعات الترييح (Expanded Bead storage ) ، وأن الكريات الممددة, تكون ذات أقطار مختلفة, وهذا يعتبر من العيوب التي ينبغي تجنبها . تظهر النتائج أيضاً أن التباين في أقطار الكريات, يؤثر على قيم كثافة العينات المقتطعة من المنتج النهائي ، وأنه من الضروري البحث عن نظام تصنيعي أمثل بقصد الحصول على كريات متساوية الأقطار ، أو ضرورة البحث عن مواد أولية جديدة تحقق هذا الهدف

This resarch studies the effect of expansion operation of the expandable polystyrene on the apparent density of the expanded bead, and on the finale product.

The results shows  that the density of expanded bead connected directly with the staying time (Relaxation time) in the bead storage, and the bead's diameter are different.

The results show also that this different among diameter's bead will be give a clear effect On the density in the finale product, and we can obtain the best result when the diameter's

Bead is nearly equal.
