Arterial trauma to the root of the upper extremity projectile fall causing subclavian artery rupture
Abstract
Many cases of the harms caused by the use of firearms were mentioned on occasions to express the wrong or sadness, including what caused death or permanent disability.
A lady in the fifth decade sitting in front of her home, she is exposed to serious harm on the root of the left upper limb, due to the fall of a suggested from the next tall to shoot one of the occasions.
The injury of root of the upper limb may cause death or serious complications such as amputation or functional disability.
The warning depends on the site and severity of the damage, the speed of the ambulance to the health center, the exact and urgent measure, whether in the external ambulance or in the operating room, with the priorities of treatment in order to save life first and save the party second.
The result of the surgery we had for the patient was good and left no complications.
