Abstract

إن الاختلاطات الوعائية التي تحدث أثناء اجراء الجراحة لعلاج فتق النواة اللبية نادرة ولكنها خطيرة، وبشكل منطقي فإن التشخيص المبكر والعلاج السريع لهذه الاختلاطات يمكنه أن يشكل مخرجا آمنا، وهذا يتوقف على الخبرة التقنية لجراح الأوعية . ولقد قمنا في هذا البحث بدراسة الأسباب والعوامل المؤهبة لحدوث هذه الاختلاطات وعلاقتها بخبرة جراح العصبية وعمر المريض والبنية التشريحية والتشريحية المرضية التي تختلف من مريض لآخر، كذلك درسنا الأعراض التي تكشفها فور حدوثها وطرق العلاج والنتائج حسب نوع و مكان الاصابة . كما أجرينا مقارنة بين عدة دراسات عالمية على الاختلاطات الوعائية لعملية فتق النواة اللبية و نتائجها في هذه الدراسات. هذا البحث يؤكد يأن سرعة جراح الأوعية بإسعاف هذا النوع من الاختلاطات عامل مهم لإنقاذ حياة المريض و ذلك بوجود مساعدين جيدين و فريق تخدير متمكن . The vascular complications of the disc surgery are rare , but maybe very dangerous. the early diagnosis and emergency surgery of these complications maybe the better job , and this depend sure the technical experience of vascular specialist . In this study ,we identified the causes , the risk factors of these complications , the important role of the neurosurgical specialist and the importance of anatomy which is deferant in every patient . We also carried out a comparison among many international studies involving the vascular complications of disc surgery . In this study , we assured that the emergency vascular surgery is very important to cure these patients .
