Abstract

High risk human Papilloma virus (Hpv) plays role as oncogen virus of cancer. This study describes changes in cell adhesion Molecules during tumor progression of HPv-related and unrelated Tongue carcinoma .

Methods and Result:

We examind 48 primary tumors of tongue carcinoma samples fortheir HPV status  and B-catenin expression .

Appositive HPV polymerase chain reaction finding a correlation with nuculear B-catenin localization (p=0,03)

Conclusion:

Our study indicate that the nuclear translocation of B-cateninexpression might be crucial steps duringtumor progression of tongue carcinoma

تحري تعبيرية b-catenin في سرطان شائك الخلايا لقاعدة اللسان الايجابي والسلبي تبعا للاصابة ب الفيروس الحليمي البشروي (دراسة نسيجية مناعية )

تعتبر الفيروسات الحليمية البشروية من أخطر الفيروسات المسببة للاورام وخاصة العالية الخطورة منها . هذه الدراسة تصف التغيرات الجزيئية الحاصلة في جزيئات الربط في سرطان شائك الخلايا للسان وذلك من خلال سير الورم وتبعا لحالة HPV.

المواد والطرق :

تم دراسة 48 عينة من سرطان شائك الخلايا من أرشيف قسم النسج والتشريح المرضي للمرضى المراجعين لكلية طب الاسنان وتم توزيع العينات تبعا للاصابة ب HPV كما تم دراسةا التعبير النسيجي ل B-catenin  ومقارنتها تبعا ل لحالة HPV التي تم تحديدها باستخدام تقنية PCR . تم ايجاد علاقة بين التوضع النووي ل B-catenin  و ايجابية ال HPV  (0,03).

الاستنتاج : دراستنا توضح ان التوضع  النووي للb-catenin  خلال مراحل الاصابة ب الفيروس قد يلعب دورا هاما في تطور الاورام البشروية للسان .
