الزرع الفوري من أجل التعويضات الثابتة للأسنان

Abstract

أجري هذا البحث كمحاولة لاستقصاء العوامل التي تساعد في نجاح الزرع في جلسة قلع الأسنان نفسها من أجل الإقلال من معاناة المرضى وتوفير الوقت اللازم للتعويض النهائي عن هذه الأسنان.

ومن أجل ذلك أجرينا /71/غرسه ل /16 / مريضاً منها/ 18/ غرسه وفقاً لطريقة الزرع الفوري و/53 / غرسه وفقاً لطريقة الزرع التقليدي أو ما يدعى الزرع المتأخر مع الحرص على إجراء طريقتي الزرع (الفوري والمتأخر ) لكل مريض, والغاية من ذلك هي تطابق تأثير العامل الشخصي للمريض في فشل ونجاح كل من الطريقتين وتحسين شروط المقارنة بين الطريقتين. لقد أظهرت النتائج أن أهم العوامل التي تؤدي إلى فشل الزرع الفوري هي الإصابات الالتهابية المحيطة بجذور الأسنان المقلوعة إنما لتحقيق النجاح تمكنا من تجاوز هذا العامل باستخدام الزرع المتأخر في المكان نفسه. كما أن أهم عوامل الفشل في الزرع المتأخر هو نوعية العظم الضعيف, وباستثناء هذين العاملين كان هناك تقارب في نسب النجاح بين الطريقتين.

توصل البحث إلى أن الزرع الفوري هو طريقه جيده في زراعة الأسنان وتمتاز باختصار الزمن اللازم للتعويض النهائي كما تختصر جلستي العمل الجراحي إلى جلسة واحده وهذا يقلل من معاناة المرضى.

The aim of this research is to detect the success factors of immediate implantology for reducing the patient's suffering and saving time for final prostheses.  This research was carried out on 16 patients. We installed |71| implants into their jaws as the following: |18| implants according to immediate implantology technique. |53| implants according to standard implantology technique. Since the two kinds of implantology techniques were used for every patient, we could avoid the personal factor of failure and success during comparing between these two techniques.

The results showed that the most important factors that led to failure in immediate implantology were periodontal lesions, and the most important factors leading to failure in the both techniques   were poor bone quality.

In conclusion, immediate implantology is a good technique for prosthodontics and it has extra advantages like reducing the time of prothodontics and integrating the two surgical sessions in one session which cuts down the patient's suffering.
