Abstract

يعرف الرضا بأنه مجموع المشاعر الإيجابية التي تتكون لدى متلقي الخدمة نحو ما يقدم لهم من خدمات رعاية صحية داخل المشفى و لحين خروجهم منها، مما يؤدي إلى شعورهم بالراحة و الاهتمام، و يمنحهم الثقة بالإجراءات المتبعة، و بذلك يكون التعريف بحالات النقص الموجودة في خدمات الرعاية الصحية و التداخل عليها ضروري لتعزيز رضا متلقي الخدمة من مرضى وأهلهم. لذا يهدف هذا البحث إلى تقييم رضا الأمهات عن الرعاية التمريضية المقدمة لأطفالهن المقيمين في مشفى التوليد و الأطفال في محافظة اللاذقية. حيث شملت عينة البحث (100) من أمهات الأطفال المقيمين في قسم أمراض الأطفال في المشفى المذكور لمدة 48 ساعة على الأقل، و جمعت البيانات باستخدام استمارة استبيان مطورة من قبل الباحث. وقد أظهرت النتائج أن معظم الأمهات لديهن رضا فيما يتعلق بنوعية الرعاية التمريضية المقدمة لأطفالهن و بالبيئة المحيطة بأطفالهن بنسبة (82% و 78%) على التوالي، بينما كان أكثر من نصف الأمهات (63%) لديهن رضا فيما يتعلق بالتثقيف الصحي المقدم لهن, و بالعموم كان لدى معظم الأمهات مستوى رضا عام (79%) عن كل ما يقدم لأطفالهن في المشفى، و بناءً عليه تم اقتراح أن يتم اعتماد وثيقة الإستبيان كمقياس لتقييم نوعية الرعاية التمريضية المقدمة بالمشفى.

Satisfaction is defined as the sum of the positive feelings that the recipients of the service has towards the care provided to them in the hospital and until they leave it, which leads to feeling of comfort and interest and gives them confidence in the procedures followed. Shortages and overlaps in health care services are essential to enhance (the patient or his family) satisfaction. This study aims at assessing the satisfaction of mothers with nursing care provided to their children in the obstetrics and pediatric hospital in Lattakia City. The research sample included (100) mothers of children residing in the Pediatric Department of the hospital in for at least 48 hours. Using a questionnaire form developed by the researcher. The results showed that most mothers were satisfied with the quality of nursing care provided to their children and the environment surrounding their children (82% and 78%) respectively, while more than half of mothers (63%) were satisfied with the health education provided to them, Most mothers have a general level of satisfaction (79%) for all that is provided to their children in the hospital. Accordingly, it was suggested that a questionnaire be adopted as a measure to assess the quality of nursing care provided at the hospital.
