تأثير التجسير بدعامة من بوليمير الألمنيوم على البنية المسامية للغضار الطبيعي (البيلون)
Abstract
أجرينا الدراسة على عينة من الغضار الطبيعي (البيلون الحلبي) حيث أخذنا عينة من الغضار وغسلناها بالماء المقطر وأعطيت الرمز B-H2O. أخذنا قسماً من هذه العينة وعالجناه بمحلول كلوريد الصوديوم (0.1N) وأعطي الرمز B-Na عالجنا ثلاث كميات معلومة من العينة المعالجة بكلوريد الصوديوم، بمحلول من بوليمير الألمنيوم (Al13)، بحيث تكون نسبة البوليمير 10-20-30 meq/g وأعطيت الرموز التالية: B-Na-Al-10،B-Na-Al-20، B-Na-Al-30 .
درسنا البنية المسامية لجميع العينات بعد تحليل البيانات الامتزازية الناتجة عن امتزازغاز النتروجين عند الدرجة 77K، لاحظنا ازدياد السطح النوعي للعينات المجسرة ببوليمير الألمنيوم. يكون الازدياد للسطح النوعي أعظمياً للعينة B-Na-Al-20، وأيضاً تكون نسبة المسام الدقيقة أكبر ما يمكن في هذه العينة، بينما يتناقص نصف قطر المسام الوسطي لهذه العينة، وتؤدي زيادة نسبة بوليمير الألمنيوم إلى انخفاض في قيمة السطح النوعي للعينة B-Na-Al-30.
Natural clay sample (Beloon) was studied. The sample was washed with distilled water and named B-H2O. We treated the sample with sodium chloride solution (0.1N) and named B-Na. Three known amounts of the sample, treated with NaCl solution, were treated with solution of aluminum polymer (Al13). The percentage of polymer in solution was 10,20 and 30 meq/g: the samples were named B-Na-Al-10, B-Na-Al-20, and B-Na-Al-30 respectively.
The porosity structure for all samples was studied using nitrogen adsorption method at 77K. The specific surface area increased for samples treated with aluminum polymer, and the maximum value of specific surface area was for B-Na-Al-20 sample. The micropore volume was more than other samples. The medium pore radii decreased for the sample B-Na-Al-20.
Increasing of the amount of aluminum polymer leads to decreasing of surface area B-Na-Al-30 sample.
