طريقة طيفية استخلاصية لتعيين الكادميوم باستخدام 1 ، 5 - ثنائي فينيل كاربازيد
Abstract
دُرست إمكانية تشكيل معقد ملون بين Cd وكاشف دي فينيل كاربازيد ( DPCH ) لتطوير طريقة طيفية استخلاصية لتعيين الكادميوم ، إذ وجد أن الكاشف المذكورلا يشكل مع الكادميوم معقداً مستقراً في الوسط المائي بل في الطور العضوي ، وهو ذو لون أحمر بنفسجي يظهر بعد استخلاصه بمزيج كلوروفورم : بيريدين (1 : 3) وذلك في الأوساط الحمضية الضعيفة والقلوية بمردود أعظمي عند pH = 9 - 11 ، ويمتص الإشعاع الكهرطيسي في المجال المرئي عند . حُددت كافة القرائن الكمية المتعلقة بهذا المعقد وبأكثر من طريقة كالنسبة المولية للتفاعل CCd : DPCH ، والتي بلغت (1:1) ، ومعامل الامتصاص المولي 1.9.105 L.mol-1.cm-1 = ε ، ثابـت تشكل المعـقد βK = 2.6 .103. كما دُرست كافة العوامل المؤثرة في تشكل المعقد وثبات امتصاصيته. كان قانون بير – لامبرت محققاً ضمن المجال ( 0.05 – 1.5 ) mg/L . جُربت الطريقة المطوّرة على عينات تجريبية مأخوذة من محاليل قياسية لشوارد Cd. ولم يتجاوز الانحراف المعياري النسبي المئوي القيمة 6 % ولم تقل الاسترجاعية عن 87.5 % مما يؤكد إمكانية استخدام الطريقة المطورة للأغراض التحليلية .
The possibility for the formation of a colored chelate between Cd and 1, 5- diphenyl carbazide was studied to develop an extraction spectrophotometric method for the determination of cadmium, the reagent reacts in weak acidic and alkaline media to give a red-violet chelate, pH = (9- 11) which has an absorption maximum at 530 nm. The stoichiometric composition of chelate is CCd: DPCH = (1:1). The molar absorptivity and chelate constant formation were found to be 1.9 105 L.mol-1.cm-1 and 2.6 103 respectively. And we have studied all factors which affect the complex formation and stability of its absorbance. Beer- Lambert law was obeyed within the rang (0.05-1.5) mg/l. The method developed was examined on cadmium standard solutions (RSD< 6 %, recovery >87.5 %). All results ensure the analytical possibility of the method developed.
