العوامل المؤثرة على عمل العنصر الحساس المكون من المزيج الأكسيدي Bi2O3 -B2O3 -MoO3 من أجل تحديد محتوى غازH2S في الأوساط الهوائية
Abstract
تمت دراسة العوامل المؤثرة على عمل العنصر الحساس المكون من المزيج الأكسيدي الذي أساسه البزموت والبور لتحديد محتوى غاز كبريت الهيدروجين الموجود في البيئة المحيطة بتركيز يساوي تركيزه في الأوساط الهوائية الملوثة بهذا الغاز. إذ تم التوصل تجريبيا إلى إمكانية استخدام العنصر الحساس ضمن ظروف طبيعية تبلغ قيمة الرطوبة النسبية فيها 80% .وتبيّن أن قيمة الناقلية الكهربائية تتزايد مع تزايد كمية العامل المنشّط المضاف إلى الطبقة الفعّالة, فكانت قيمتها المثالية 2.8 mg / cm2 . بينت النتائج التجريبية أن نسبة أكسيد الموليبدينيوم المضاف إلى المزيج البزموبوراتي المزجج , الموافقة لعمل العنصر الحساس من أجل تحديد محتوى غاز H2S في البيئة المحيطة, يجب أن تقع في حدود % ( 1 - 7 ).
The factors affecting the work of the sensitive element composed of the oxide mixture based on Bismuth and Boron were studied to detect the content of hydrogen sulphide gas in the surrounding environment with concentration equals to that existing in polluted aerial spaces. Empirically, the study revealed the possibility of using the sensitive element in normal conditions with relative humidity of 80 % . It was demonstrated that the conductivity increases as the activating factor added to the active layer increased with optimum value of 2,8 mg/cm2. Experimental results showed that the proportion of Molybdenum Oxide added to the Bismo-Boron mixture and suitable for action of sensitive element to detect the H2S content in the surrounding environment should be around
(1-7)% .
