تحضير وتوصيف الزيوليت ألومينا- فاناديا
Abstract
حضرنا عينتين من الزيوليت ألومينا – فاناديا: باستخدام ثلاثي إيتيل أمين كعامل موجه للبنية، و باستخدام سيتيل ثلاثي ميتيل أمونيوم بروميد وبطريقة المعالجة الهيدروحرارية عند الدرجة 2000C لمدة ست ساعات، ورمزنا للعينة الأولى بالرمز VA-εt3N وللثانية بالرمز AV-C .
درسنا خواص البنية النسيجية للعينتين من خلال تحليل بيانات الامتزاز لغاز الآزوت عند الدرجة 77K . حسبنا المساحة السطحية النوعية باستخدام طرائق مختلفة. وكانت المساحة السطحية وفق هذه الطرائق متطابقة تقريباً، وهي حوالى 257 m2/g و 290m2/g. تحتوي العينتان على المسامات من النوع ميزو، وكان نصف قطر المسام الوسطي مساوياً 3.34 nm و 5.0nm على التوالي، بينما بلغت نسبة المسامية الدقيقة 23 % في العينة الأولى و 15% في العينة الثانية . يظهر منحني توزع حجوم المسام قمة واضحة في مجال المسام الانتقالية.
يظهر التحليل الحراري التفاضلي TG-DTA تغيرات حرارية مختلفة للعينتين.
We prepared two zeolite structures of alumina-vanadia using trietylamine and cetyltrimetylammonium bromide as structure-directing agents by hydrothermal treatment method at 2000C for 6 hours. The produced samples were named AV-et3N and AV-C
The textural structure was studied from the adsorption data analysis of nitrogen at 77K. We determined the specific surface area by different methods, it was about 257 m2/g and 291.3 m2/g respectively and the pore radius was 3.3 and 5.0nm respectively, whereas the microporosity was 23% and 15%. The pore volume distribution shows main peak in the range of mesopores. DTA analysis shows clear difference between samples.
