كمون كولون للإلكترون والثقب (الأكستون) في الأفلام الرقيقة، وتأثير معامل عدم التناحي للعازلية الكهربائية
Abstract
تبين أن طاقة كمون كولون للإلكترون والثقب في الأفلام الرقيقة تزداد بإنقاص سماكة الفلم الذي يحتوي على الشحنات المدروسة. كما تبين أن لظاهرة عدم التماثل للصفات الكهربائية باختلاف الاتجاهات (إنزوتروبية العازلية الكهربائية) تأثيراً كبيراً في طاقة كمون كولون، ووجد أن طاقة ارتباط الأكستون وسويات طاقته تتعلق بكلٍ من سماكة الأفلام، وبالعلاقة بين العازلية الكهربائية لتلك الأفلام.
The Coulomb potential of electrons and holes in the thin films increases with decreasing of film thickness which contains the studied Charges. It is found In addition, the binding energy of exciton and its energy levels depend on the film thickness and the dielectric constant of this layers.
