دراسة طيفية لمعقد الرصاص مع الملح الصوديومي لهيدروكسي -3- ]] -2) هيدروكسي فينيل( ميتلن[ أمينو[ بنزن حمض السلفون II
Abstract
دُرست إمكانية تشكيل معقد ملون بين Pb وكاشف HVMAB المصنع من قبلنا مسبقاً لتطوير طريقة طيفية مباشرة لتحديد الرصاص، إذ وجد أن الكاشف المذكور يشكل مع الرصاص معقداً ملوناً باللون الأصفر المخضر في وسط مائي حاو على 12% اسيتونتريل. وذلك بعد تسخينه في الدرجة 80ºC لمدة 20 دقيقة. دلت الدراسة التجريبية لطيف امتصاص محلول المعقد أن λmax=426nm والتي عندها حُددت كافة القرائن الكمية المتعلقة بهذا المعقد، حيث بلغت نسبة التفاعلCPb:HVMAB =1:4 وقيمة معامل الامتصاص الجزيئي 1.76×104 l.mol-1cm-1 وثابـت تشكل المعـقد 1.9×103، كما دُرست كافة العوامل المؤثرة في تشكل المعقد وثبات امتصاصيته وكان قانون بيير – لامبرت محققاً ضمن المجال (0.5–6)mg/l. اُستخدمت الطريقة المقترحة في تحليل عينات تجريبية مأخوذة من محاليل قياسية لشاردة الرصاص، إذ لم يتجاوز الانحراف المعياري النسبي المئوي القيمة 3.34% ولم تقل الاسترجاعية عن 98% مما يؤكد إمكانية استخدام الطريقة المقترحة للأغراض التحليلية.
The possibility of formation a colored complex between Pb and HVMAB was studied to develop an direct spectrophotometric method for determination of Lead. The reagent reacts in aqua : acetonitrile (88:12)% media to give a yellow greenish complex an absorption maximum at 426nm. The stoichiometric composition of complex is
CPb: HVMAB =(1:4). The molar absorptivity and complex constant formation were found to be 1.76×104l.mol-1cm-1 and 1.9×103 respectively. We have studied all factors which affect on the complex formation and stability of its absorbance. Beer- Lambert was obeyed within the rang (0.5-6) mg/l. The developed method was examined on Lead standard solutions (RSD< 3.34 %, recovery > 98%). All results ensure the analytical possibility of the developed method.
