حركية تفاعل3,1 - ثنائي أمينو البروبان مع الحمض الديميري الدسمC36
Abstract
نفذت الدراسة الحركية على التفاعل بين3,1 - ثنائي أمينو البروبان والحمض الديميري الدسم C36 في الحالة السائلة المنصهرة , أنجز التفاعل عند الدرجات (110,120,140,145,155, ºC) وتم تعيين قرينة الحموضة للمنتج. وقد وجد أنّ تفاعل الأميدة كان من المرتبة الثانية مع طاقة تنشيط 35 k cal /g mol حتى نسبة تحول70% وذلك عند درجات الحرارة (110,120,155, ºC ) و 62%,86% عند درجات حرارة (ºC 140,145,) على الترتيب ثم يتحول التفاعل من المرتبة الثانية إلى المرتبة الثالثة .
قمنا بتعيين درجة البلمرة وكل من معدل الوزن الجزيئي العددي والوزني خلال أزمنة مختلفة ولوحظ أن علاقة كل مما سبق مع الزمن أقرب إلى منحنى توازني . تم قياس قرائن الانكسار لمحلول البولي أميد عند درجات حرارة مختلفة.
Kinetic studies were carried out on the reaction between 1,3 -Diaminopropane and dimeric fatty acid c36 in melt phase . The reaction was performed at 110, 120, 140, 145, and 155 ºC and followed by determining the acid value of the product .The polyamidation reaction was found to be of overall second order with an activation energy of 35 K cal ∕ g mol up to 70% conversion at (110,120,155,ºC ) and 62%,86% conversion at 140,145 ºC and overall third order above last conversion .The Degree of Polymerization , Number Average Molecular Weight, Weight Average Molecular Weight has been calculated during different times , The relationships between Degree of Polymerization , Number Average Molecular Weight , Weight Average Molecular Weight with the times is near to equilibrium curve ,The Refractor index of polyamide solution was measured at different temperatures.
