Abstract

قمنا في هذا البحث الذي استمر مدة عامين متتالين (2001-2002) ، بدراسة مقارنة لبعض الفطريات المائية المنتشرة في كلّ من بحيرة السن ، وأحواض تربية الأسماك في بلدة عرب الملك في الساحل السوري.

جمعت عينات من عدة أمكنة من مواقع الدراسة ، شملت هذه العينات الماء التربة الرطبة والمغمورة، بعض النباتات النامية في الماء والبقايا النباتية المتنوعة الموجودة فيه.

تمّ عزل الفطريات المائية الموجودة في هذه العينات بطريقة الطعوم، وحصلنا على /32/ نوعاً من الفطريات المائية، أغلبها رمية، وعدد قليل منها طفيلي على الأسماك وبيوضها مثل Saprolegnia ferax وS.parasitica ، وتتمتع جميعها بأهمية بيئية واقتصادية كبيرة.

كانت العينات المأخوذة من أحواض تربية الأسماك، أكثر تنوعاً وغنى بالأنواع الفطرية المختلفة من تلك المأخوذة من بحيرة السن، فضلا عن ذلك، لاحظنا اختلافات في التنوع الحيوي الفطري بين موقعي الدراسة من جهة، والأوساط التي عزلت منها الفطريات من جهة أخرى.[1]

Dans ce travail, qui a duré 2 ans (2001-2002) nous avons réalisé une étude comparative de quelques champignons aquatiques du lac d´El-sinn et des bassins d´aquaculture des poissons d´Arab- Elmulk dans le littoral syrien.

Des échantillons d’eau, de la terre humide et submergée, des plantes et des résidus végétaux qui se trouvent dans l'eau, ont été prélevés de ces deux sites.

Les champignons aquatiques, ont été isolés par la méthode des appâts, et nous avons obtenu /32/ espèces de champignons. Plupart de celles-ci sont saprophytes, et quelques unes sont parasites sur les poissons et leurs oeufs comme, saprolegnia ferax et s. parasitica. Ces espèces possèdent des grandes importances écologiques et économiques.

Les échantillons prélevés des bassins d’aquaculture des poissons, ont été plus riches en espèces fungiques que ceux prélevés de lac d´El-sinn.  En plus, nous avons observé des différences dans la biodiversité fungique entre les deux sites étudiés d'un coté, et de l'autre entre les milieux dans les quels nous avons isolé ces champignons.
