تأثير المعالجة الحمضية على خواص الزيوليت السوري

Abstract

استخدمت في الدراسة عينات من الخامات السورية الحاملة للزيوليت من منطقة تل السيس وهي TS-18, TS-14, TS-9, TS-7. تمت المعالجة باستخدام محلول حمض كلور الماء عند قيمة pH= 4. لقد بينت الدراسة أن المعالجة الحمضية لعينات الزيوليت تؤثر بشكل إيجابي في خواص البنية النسيجية لهذه العينات، حيث تؤدي إلى ازدياد في قيمة السطح النوعي لجميع العينات وبنسب مختلفة، وصلت إلى حوالي 40 % للعينة TS-9

تبدي المعالجة الحمضية تأثيراً واضحاً في نسبة المسام الدقيقة، وحيث تزداد هذه النسبة في جميع العينات،كما بينت الدراسة أن المعالجة الحمضية تؤدي إلى تناقص في قيمة نصف قطر المسام الوسطي بشكل واضح،وتغير في خواص البنية النسيجية الأخرى كطاقة الامتزاز وقيمة ثابت BET .

تؤدي المعالجة الحمضية للخامات السورية الحاملة للزيوليت إلى تحسين مواصفات هذه الخامات مما يفتح آفاقاً جديدة لإمكانية استخدامها في مجالات مختلفة.

We use four samples of Syrian Zeolite TS-7, TS-9 ,TS-14, TS-18, collected from Tell- Assis.

The treatment was carried with solution of HCl (pH=4 ).The acidic treatment leads to positive changes in the texture properties of the samples. The surface area increases for all samples, and the percent of microporosity also increases. The acidic treatment shows that the medium pore radii decreasing. The other texture properties change the energy of adsorption and CBET.
