Studying structural and optical of PANI/doped M-type Barium Hexaferrite by mean of XRD and IR
Abstract
It was prepared ferrite hexagonal BaFe12O19 pure and ferrite substitutes and Ba0.9Zr0.1Fe11.6Cr0.2Al0.2O19/ PANI poly-aniline using sol –gel and polymerization technology methods respectively. The results obtained using XRD technology revealed the formation of the hexa - ferrite M-type with average grain size of about 30.384 nm .It has been determined the absorption bands at wave numbers in the range 479.224 -570.826cm−1 of the tetrahedral and octahedral sites in the hexagonal ferrite . Moreover, the mean refractive and absorption parts were calculated.
