تحليل العناصر المعدنية في نبات البابونج باستخدام تقنيتي: إصدار أشعة – X المستحثة بالجسيمات والتفلور بالأشعة السينية والمقارنة بينهما
Abstract
بتطبيق تقنية الأشعة السينية المحرضة بجسيمات مشحونة (PIXE) وتقنية التفلور بالأشعة السينية ((XRF باستخدام جهاز مطيافية EDXRF الموجودتين في هيئة الطاقة الذرية بدمشق وذلك بغية تحديد نسب العناصر المعدنية التالية: K, Ca, Mn, Fe, Cu, Zn, Br, Sr الموجودة في عينة مدروسة من نبات البابونج السوري.تم تحضير هذه العينة الموجودة في حالتها الجافة من الأسواق المحلية، وذلك بتجفيفها وطحنها وتجهيزها من أجل تحليلها بالتقنيتين السابقتين. بينت قيم الانحرافات المعيارية النسبية العائدة للعينتين المرجعيتين (بودرة التبن ورق الدراق) بأنها ضمن حدود الدقة المطلوبة.
يوجد ارتباط بين محتوى النبات الطبي المدروس للعناصر المعدنية وبين التأثير العلاجي المستخدم من أجله. لدى مقارنة النتائج في التقنيتين (XRF)و (PIXE) تبين بأن الكالسيوم والبوتاسيوم Ca و K هما العنصران الأساسيان في العينة المدروسة. كما تم كشف الـعناصر Fe, Mn, Zn بنسب جيدة في هذا النبات . تم حساب الفروق في أداء تقنيتي التحليل المدروستين .
Particle induced X-ray emission (PIXE) technique and X – ray florescence (XRF) technique using EDXRF spectrometry(which are extant in Atomic Energy Commission of Syria) have been employed to perform elemental analysis of K, Ca, Mn, Fe, Cu, Zn, Br and Sr for Syrian chamomile plant sample .
Plant sample was prepared in a simple dried base from local market by dried and for analysis it using the last tow techniques . The results were verified by comparing with those obtained from both peach leave – Hay powder reference materials. Relative standard deviations are mostly suggest good precision.
A correlation between the elemental content in sample plant with its traditional remedial usage has been proposed by each technique. Both K and Ca are found to be the major elements in the sample. Fe, Mn and Zn, which have been detected in good levels in this plant. In conclusion, we found out that there is a difference between the two techniques.
