Abstract

يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على أثر تطبيق نظم الإدارة البيئية آيزو 14001 في الأداء التنافسي للشركات الصناعية الدوائية السورية في القطاعين العام والخاص. اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي, وشمل مجتمع البحث العاملين في الشركات الصناعية الدوائية العامة والخاصة في محافظة دمشق وريفها، والحاصلة على شهادة آيزو 14001, والبالغ عدهم (2189), وباعتماد قانون العينة الإحصائية تمّ توزيع (327) استمارة على العاملين, استرد منها (321) استمارة صالحة وجاهزة للتحليل الإحصائي, وبنسبة استجابة بلغت (98.16%), وباستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة كان من أهم نتائج البحث:

1- تتمتع الشركات الدوائية السورية بأداء تنافسي جيد نتيجة تطبيقها نظم الإدارة البيئية آيزو 14001, ويظهر ذلك في أن تطبيقها لمتطلبات نظم الإدارة البيئية 14001 ساهم في جعل منتجاتها بموقع المنافسة مع المنتج الأجنبي المستورد, حيث إنها من خلال جودة منتجاتها حققت نمواً في المبيعات, وفي ارتفاع معدل الأرباح, وزيادة قيمة الصادرات, والأهم تحقيق رضا الزبائن.

2- هناك علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ودالة إحصائياً بين متطلبات نظم الإدارة البيئية ككل والأداء التنافسي, وبين كل بعد من أبعاد هذه النظم البيئية والأداء التنافسي وذلك على مستوى العينة ككل.

3- تختلف الشركات الدوائية العامة والخاصة في تطبيق متطلبات نظم الإدارة البيئية 14001, وتظهر هذه الاختلافات من حيث السياسة البيئية، التنفيذ والتشغيل البيئي، الفحص والتصحيح البيئي. أما فيما يتعلق بالتخطيط  البيئي ومراجعة الإدارة, فتبين عدم وجود اختلافات جوهرية بين الشركات العامة والخاصة.

The research aims at identifying the impact of the application of EMS ISO 14001 on the competitive performance of industrial companies in the pharmaceutical Syrian public and private sectors. The research depends on the descriptive analytical method.   the population includes the working people in industrial pharmaceutical companies, public and private in Damascus and its countryside: the results are:

1- Syrian pharmaceutical companies perform well as a result of the application of EMS ISO 14001, which is reflected in the application of the requirements of the EMS 14001. This contributed to making their products compete with foreign products imported, as it is through the quality of its products have achieved a growth in sales, and in the high rate of profit, and increase the value of exports, and most importantly to achieve customer satisfaction.

2- There is a positive correlation and statistically significant between the requirements of the EMS as a whole and competitive performance, and between every dimension of these ecosystems and competitive performance at the level of the sample as a whole.

3- Different pharmaceutical companies both public and private in the application of the requirements of ISO 14001 environmental management systems, and show these differences in terms of environmental policy, implementation and operation of environmental, environmental testing and debugging. With regard to the environmental planning and management review, turned out the lack of substantial differences between public and private companies.
