Abstract

في ضوء التغيّرات الاقتصاديّة والاجتماعيّة وتحدّيات العولمة والتنافسيّة الشديدة المتمثلة بتلبية احتياجات العملاء بأسرع وقت, وأقل جهد وتكلفة, وبجودة ذات تنافسيّة عالية, أضحت الشركات والمؤسّسات في كافة القطاعات, ومنها قطاع الصناعات الهندسيّة بحاجة إلى موارد بشريّة مؤهّلة تحمل الشهادات وتتقن اللغات وتمتلك مهارات استخدام الحاسوب في تعاملاتها, بالإضافة إلى الخبرات والمهارات الفنية الأخرى التي يتطلّبها العمل لتحقيق أهدافها في تطوير العمل والمحافظة على ميزتها التنافسية وضمان استمراريتها وبقائها ونفاذها إلى أسواق جديدة. يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة وتحليل أثر تعليم الموارد البشريّة في تعزيز الميزة التنافسيّة في قطاع الصناعات الهندسيّة الخاص في محافظة ريف دمشق, وذلك من خلال الإجابة عن التساؤلات الآتية: 1. هل يؤثر تعليم الموارد البشريّة في تحسين جودة المنتجات في قطاع الصناعات الهندسيّة الخاص بريف دمشق؟ 2. هل يؤثر تعليم الموارد البشريّة في تحسين مرونة المنشآت في قطاع الصناعات الهندسيّة الخاص بريف دمشق؟ 3. هل يؤثر تعليم الموارد البشريّة في خفض وقت تسليم المنتجات للزبائن في قطاع الصناعات الهندسيّة الخاص بريف دمشق؟ وقد أظهرت نتائج البيانات التي تمَّ جمعها من عيّنة قوامها (104) أفراد وجود دلالة إحصائيّة بين تعليم الموارد البشريّة وتعزيز الميزة التنافسية في قطاع الصناعات الهندسيّة الخاص بريف دمشق، مما سمح للباحث تقديم بعض المقترحات التي من شأنها أن تسهم في تعزيز هذه الميزة التنافسيّة لمنشآت الصناعات الهندسيّة مكان الدراسة, وتحسين أدائها بشكلٍ جيّد. In light of the economic and social changes and the challenges of globalization and competitiveness severe of meeting the needs of the customers as soon as, and with less effort and cost, and quality of highly competitive, become companies and institutions in all sectors, including industry engineering industries need qualified human resources bearing certificates and mastered the language and possess the skills to use the computer in dealings, in addition to expertise and other technical skills required to work to achieve its objectives in the development of work and maintain their competitive advantage and ensure its continuity and survival and their access to new markets. This research aims to study and analyze the impact of education in promoting human resource competitive advantage in engineering industries sector in the province of Damascus, and that by answering the following questions: 1. Does the education of human resources in improving the quality of products in the engineering industries sector in Rural Damascus? 2. Does the education of human resources in improving the flexibility of enterprises in the engineering industries sector in Rural Damascus? 3. Does the education of human resources in reducing the time of delivery of products to customers in the engineering industries sector in Rural Damascus? The results of the data collected from a sample of (104) members and the presence of statistical significance between education and human resources to strengthen the competitive advantage in the sector engineering industries in Rural Damascus, allowing the researcher to make some proposals that would contribute to enhancing the competitive advantage of the facilities engineering industries Place study, and improve its performance well.
