The role of human resources management in activating administrative control (A case study of Lattakia textile company)

The research aimed to study the role of human resources management dimensions (selection and appointment, training) in activating administrative control in Lattakia textile company.
The researcher relied on the case study methodology, and carried out a comprehensive survey of the research community, and (130) questionnaires were distributed, and the number of questionnaires that were unloaded was (100) questionnaires, and the researcher analyzed the data using the (SPSS 25) program.
The research found a very strong correlation between the dimensions of human resources management and the activation of administrative control in the company in question, and the most important recommendations were: the need to develop accurate criteria for selecting employees, cooperating with universities and educational institutions to attract young competencies, designing effective training programs, spreading the culture of transparency and accountability more widely, and promoting the principle of “control is everyone’s responsibility.”
