Evaluation of the availability of digital leadership in Banias Oil Refinery Company (Case Study)

The research aimed to evaluate the availability of digital leadership in its dimensions: innovation, persuasion, and knowledge, by surveying of the opinions of managers those at Baniyas Oil Refinery Company.
The researcher relied on the case study approach to describe the variables of the study. The research community included all employees at the administrative levels in the company under study. The number of employees who responded to the researcher was (186) administrators. The researcher distributed (186) questionnaires. (175) valid questionnaires were retrieved. For statistical analysis, the response rate was (94.08%).
The results showed that the company suffers from a deficiency in terms of its promotion of innovation and adoption of new ideas, in addition to a deficiency in the company’s management studied in the ability to convince employees of the importance of technological development and digital transformation. It also showed a weak availability of opportunities within the company to develop digital leadership skills.
