Abstract

The research aims to shed light on the concept of organizational flexibility and the concept of entrepreneurial orientation and to demonstrate the role of organizational flexibility in achieving entrepreneurial orientation at Tishreen University. The researcher relied on the descriptive and analytical approach. In the theoretical section, the researcher touched on the concept of organizational flexibility and its importance, and the concept of entrepreneurial orientation and its dimensions. In the practical section, a questionnaire consisting of (25) statements was designed, and (SPSS) software was used to analyze the data and test the hypotheses. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: There is a significant relationship between organizational flexibility and entrepreneurial orientation in the subject of the study.
