أثر المتغيرات الديموغرافية على ترتيب الحاجات الإنسانية لدى العاملين (دراسة مسحية على عينة من العاملين في قطاع الصناعات النسيجية والقطنية في الساحل السوري)

Abstract

تناولت هذه الدراسة العلاقة بين المتغيرات الديموغرافية المتمثلة بالعمر، والجنس، والحالة الاجتماعية، والمؤهل العلمي، وبين ترتيب الحاجات الإنسانية لدى العاملين، وذلك من دراسة مسحية على العاملين في قطاع الصناعات النسيجية والقطنية في الساحل السوري، وكان حجم عينة البحث /362 مفردة/. وتوصل الباحث إلى النتائج الآتية: - توجد علاقة بين العمر، وبين ترتيب الحاجات الإنسانية لدى العاملين في قطاع الصناعات النسيجية والقطنية في الساحل السوري. - توجد علاقة بين الجنس، وبين ترتيب الحاجات الإنسانية لدى العاملين في قطاع الصناعات النسيجية والقطنية في الساحل السوري. - توجد علاقة بين الحالة الاجتماعية، وبين ترتيب الحاجات الإنسانية لدى العاملين قطاع الصناعات النسيجية والقطنية في الساحل السوري. - توجد علاقة بين المؤهل العلمي، وبين ترتيب الحاجات الإنسانية لدى العاملين في قطاع الصناعات النسيجية والقطنية في الساحل السوري. This study examined the relationship between demographic variables of age, sex, marital status, educational qualification, and the order of the human needs for employees. Through a survey study on employees in the textile and cotton industries sector in the Syrian coast, the total number of valid questionnaires was 348 Reliability. And the researcher concluded to the following results: • There is a significant relationship between age and the order of the human needs for employees in the textile and cotton industries sector in the Syrian coast. • There is a significant relationship between sex and the order of the human needs for employees in the textile and cotton industries sector in the Syrian coast. • There is a significant relationship between marital status and the order of the human needs for employees in the textile and cotton industries sector in the Syrian coast. • There is a significant relationship between educational qualification and the order of the human needs for employees in the textile and cotton industries sector in the Syrian coast.
