"دراسة تطبيقية على إدارة مخاطر الائتمان والعائد على حقوق الملكية في المصارف الخاصة السورية "
Abstract
تعد إدارة مخاطر الائتمان من المواضيع الهامة في القطاع المصرفي باعتبارها عاملاً أساسياً وحاسماً واستباقي للحد من الخسائر وكسب مستوى مقبول من العائد لمساهميها .و انطلاقاً من هنا هدف البحث لدراسة أثر إدارة مخاطر الائتمان على معدل العائد على حقوق الملكية في المصارف الخاصة في سورية وطبيعة هذا الأثر .
و لتحقيق هدف البحث تم اختيار عينة ملائمة من المصارف الخاصة في سوريا التي توافرت لها تقارير مالية و تقارير إدارة المخاطر و تم اعتماد معدل كفاية رأس المال ونسبة القروض غير المنتجة كمؤشرين للحكم على إدارة مخاطر الائتمان في المصارف.
أظهرت نتائج البحث عدم وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إدارة مخاطر الائتمان و معدل العائد على حقوق الملكية في المصارف الخاصة في سورية في تلك الفترة الزمنية. عند مستوى معنوية 5% و لكن توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إدارة مخاطر الائتمان ومعدل العائد على حقوق الملكية لو تم اختبار الفرضية عند مستوى معنوية 10%. وبينت النتائج ايضاً وجود علاقة ذو دلالة إحصائية بين نسبة القروض غير المنتجة و معدل العائد على حقوق الملكية وان معدل كفاية رأس المال يؤثر على معدل العائد على حقوق الملكية بشكل سلبي.
Credit risk management is one of the important topics in the banking sector and it is considered As an essential and decisive and proactive factor to reduce losses and earn an acceptable level of return to its shareholders. The objective of research to study the impact of credit risk management on the rate of return on equity in private banks in Syria and the nature of this effect.
To achieve the goal of the search a Convenience sample was selected from private banks in Syria for which financial reports and risk management reports were available.
The search results showed There is no statistically significant relationship between credit risk management and rate of return on equity in private banks in Syria in that time period At a significant level of 5% . but there is a statistically significant relationship between credit risk management and return on equity if the hypothesis is tested at a significant level of 10%. The results also showed a statistically significant relationship between the rate of non-performing loans and the rate of return on equity , And The capital adequacy ratio negatively affects the rate of return on equity.
