استخدام أساليب المعاينة الإحصائية في عمليات ضبط الجودة
Abstract
تُعد المعاينة الإحصائية اليوم من أهم الأساليب العلمية التي تستخدم في عمليات ضبط الجودة في القطاع الصناعي ، والتي تساعد في السيطرة على العملية الإنتاجية وجودتها، بالإضافة لإمكانية استخدامها كأسلوب مساعد في رسم وتحديد خرائط الجودة بدءاً من مدخلات العملية الإنتاجية, وانتهاءاً بمخرجاتها ، وذلك بهدف تنظيم العملية الإنتاجية, وجعلها أكثر كفاءة .
حاولنا في هذا البحث عرض أساليب ضبط الجودة الإحصائي من خلال :
- دراسة نظرية لمختلف خرائط ضبط المتغيرات والمواصفات (الكمية والنوعية).
- دراسة الأهمية النظرية والتطبيقية لأساليب المعاينة الإحصائية لبيان كفاءتها في ضبط الجودة الإحصائي ؛
- محاولة اقتراح أسلوب معاينة أكثر كفاءة لبعض الحالات الممكن مواجهتها في الواقع العملي.
Statistical sampling is one of the most important scientific methods used today in quality control by the industrial sector. It helps to control the production process and quality, in addition to their possible use in design and quality control charts of inputs and outputs.
We have tried in this research to present statistical quality control methods through:
- a theoretical study of the various maps and specifications control variables (quantity and quality).
- a study of theoretical and applied statistical sampling techniques to demonstrate their efficiency in the statistical quality control.
- an attempt to propose a more efficient method preview of some of the cases could be dealt with in practice.
