واقع النشاط السياحي في سورية خلال الفترة 2000-2007

Abstract

تمتلك سورية العديد من مقومات الجذب السياحية المتميزة، إضافة إلى عوامل الأمن والأمان المشهود لها عالمياً بما يؤهلها لتكون قبلة للسياحة العالمية، ومقصداً للاستثمار السياحي المجدي اقتصادياً.

ولا تزال الصناعة السياحية ناشئة، لذا هدفنا في هذا البحث إلى دراسة وتحليل الواقع السياحي في سورية خلال الفترة الموصوفة وبيان الأهمية الاقتصادية للسياحة وتأثيراتها المختلفة، ودراسة العلاقة الارتباطية بين مختلف المتغيرات وقياس فعالية سياسات التسويق والترويج السياحي التي تتبعها الإدارة السياحية لتحسين واقع الصناعة السياحية وتطويرها وتوفير مقومات نجاحها والارتقاء بها إلى مصاف الدول السياحية.

وقد توصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: تطور الصناعة السياحية في سورية خلال الفترة المدروسة،
وأن السياحة العربية الوافدة تفوق السياحة الأجنبية، كما نجحت الإدارة السياحية في تنشيط وجذب الاستثمارات هذا بالإضافة إلى عامل الأمن والاستقرار عنصر جذب للاستثمار السياحي وللسياح.

وخلص البحث إلى بعض التوصيات لتفعيل النشاط السياحي والارتقاء بالصناعة السياحية إلى المستوى المأمول.

Syria has several and exceptional tourist attractions. It is safety which allows Syria to be the world's destination for the profitable tourist investment. The tourism industry is still primitive, so, the study analyzes the facts during the period stated. It shows the importance of tourism and its economic impact. Moreover, it studies the relation among the variables and the efficiency of tourist promotion and marketing in order to improve the industry to be one of the leading countries in tourism industry.The main results are: Tourism industry has developed during the period studied, and  the tourism administration had success in attracting investments, so safety and instability factors form a high attractive element of both tourism investments and tourists.

The research states a set of some recommendations for tourism activities and to let tourism industry grow to desired level.
