دور اقتصاد السوق الاجتماعي في حماية الاقتصاد السوري من تداعيات الأزمة المالية العالمية – دراسة ميدانية على الفاعليات الاقتصادية.

Abstract

يتناول هذا البحث دراسة بعض جوانب الأزمة المالية العالمية التي أرعبت الأنظمة الاقتصادية وأدت إلى انهيار وإفلاس الشركات التي تغنّت بقوتها المالية، ودراسة مدى نجاعة اعتماد اقتصاد السوق الاجتماعي في الحد من تداعياتها على الاقتصاد السوري، وذلك من خلال تحليل الوقائع الاقتصادية التي حدثت بعد تلك الأزمة، ومن خلال وجهات نظر الفاعليات الاقتصادية في سورية في محافظات /دمشق، ريف دمشق، طرطوس، اللاذقية، حلب، حمص/ كميدان للبحث.

وقد تضمن البحث:

- دراسة نظرية حول مفهوم الأزمة المالية، والعوامل المسببة لها، و أسباب وبوادر نشوئها، وتأثير هذه الأزمة على الأسواق العربية مع إشارة خاصة إلى سورية.

- دراسة ميدانية للأسباب التي أدت إلى حماية الاقتصاد السوري من تداعيات الأزمة المالية العالمية من خلال جمع البيانات وتحليلها إحصائياً واختبار الفرضيات.

The present research was to study some aspects of the global financial crisis that terrified of economic systems and led to the collapse and bankruptcy of companies that have long machetes, financial strength, and study the efficacy of the adoption of social market economy to reduce its impact on the Syrian economy, through economic analysis of the facts that occurred after the crisis Through the views of the economic actors in Syria in the provinces / Damascus, Countryside Damascus, Tartoos, Lattakia, Aleppo, Homs / as a field of research.

The research has included:

- A theoretical study on the concept of the financial crisis, and the factors that cause them, and the causes and signs of emergence, and the impact of the crisis on the Arab markets, with particular reference to Syria.

- A field study of the reasons that led to the protection of the Syrian economy from the global financial crisis through the collection of data and statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.
