Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى إيضاح المساهمة التي تقدمها دراسات الجدوى الاقتصادية في إقامة المشروعات الاستثمارية في المنشآت الاقتصادية، نظراً لأهمية الدور الذي تلعبه هذه المنشآت في تحقيق التنمية الشاملة في قطرنا، وذلك بعدِّ دراسات الجدوى الاقتصادية من العمليات والإجراءات والأساليب والوسائل التخطيطية التي تمكننا من استثمار ثرواتنا الاقتصادية وتحويلها إلى سلع وخدمات تلبي احتياجات ورغبات أفراد مجتمعنا كافة، إضافة إلى تقديم المقترحات التي من المـمكن أن تسهم في تذليل المعوقات والعقبات التي تـحد من إمكان استخدام دراسات الجدوى الاقتصادية، وأيضاً إلى تقديم المقترحات التي تمكن المنشآت الاقتصادية من استخدام الأساليب التخطيطية العلمية التي تسهم في  تحقيق أهدافها المنشودة في البناء والتطوير المستمر .

The aim of this research is to clarify the role of economical feasibility studies in making investment projects at economical organizations, because of the important role of these organizations to fulfill comprehensive development in our country,  and that is by considering economical feasible studies one of planning operations, procedures, styles and manners which enable us to invest our natural resources and to transfer it to commodities and services according to the wishes  and needs of all  persons in our society,  in addition to submitting suggestions which may delete the obstacles which prevent the possibility of using  economical feasible studies,  also submitting suggestions which help economical organizations to use scientific planning styles which contribute to fulfill its aims in continuous building and developing
