Abstract

بدأت السياحة تلفت انتباه المسؤولين, وتسترعي اهتمام ونظر الباحثين, نظراً لآثارها الاقتصادية المهمّة، ولما توفره من زيادة في الدخل القومي الذي يسهم في التنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية. إن للسياحة مقومات عدّة, قد لا يتسنى لكل الدول أن تمتلكها, وهناك بعض الدول التي تمتلك تلك المقومات، ولكنها لا تحسن استخدامها. و هذا ما دفعنا إلى البحث في هذا المجال للوقوف على التطورات التي حدثت في مجال السياحة من خلال رصد الواقع السياحي في اللاذقية والوقوف على أهم التغيرات التي حدثت في هذا القطاع، لهذا اتخذ البحث موضوع عوامل الجذب السياحي في محافظة اللاذقية وسبل تطويرها كمحور ٍ للدراسة من خلال التركيز على جوانب مهمّة منها: مفهوم الجهة السياحية وعوامل اختيارها، العرض والطلب على الخدمات السياحية، الأهمية الاقتصادية لقطاع السياحة، كما قام الباحث بإجراء دراسة تحليلية لواقع العرض والطلب السياحيين في اللاذقية وإبراز المشاكل القائمة. حيث وصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج المتعلقة بالقطاع السياحي و عوامل جذبه في اللاذقية منها عدم التناسب بين مقومات الجذب السياحي في اللاذقية و الطلب السياحي، و حاول البحث تقديم مجموعة من المقترحات التي تساعد على تحسين واقع الجاذبية السياحية في اللاذقية .

Tourism has begun to attract the attention of the authorities because of its important economic impacts and the increase in the national income which contribute in the social and economic development. Tourism has many characteristics that a lot of countries may not have, whereas if they are found in other countries they are not exploited well. This study concerns with the developments that occurred to tourism in Lattakia; and to highlight the major changes that took place in this sector. Thus, the study deals with the tourism attraction factors and techniques of their developing. So, the focus will be on: tourism destination and its choice ways, supply and demand on tourism facilities and the economic importance of tourism sector. However, the researcher has done an analytical study about the tourism supply and demand situation in Lattakia and presentation of related problems. The conclusion is a set of result and concerning the tourism sector, such as the inconformity between the tourism attraction essentials and the tourism demand. This study also tries to provide suggestions that may help in improving the tourism attraction situation in Lattakia.
