انعكاسات الحكومة الإلكترونية على أداء الإدارة العامة

Abstract

إنَّ تحول القطاع الحكومي إلى نظام الحكومة الالكترونية يعكس رغبة صادقة, بتحقيق أهداف عظيمة تتفق وثورة الاتصالات والمعلومات, وهو ما ينعكس على شكل أداء الوظيفة العامة ومن ثم تقديم الخدمات للجمهور بسهولة ويسر وبشكل لائق وبمواصفات تتفق وجودة الحكومة الالكترونية بحد ذاتها.

وتعود أهمية تطبيق استخدام التكنولوجيا في الأعمال الحكومية إلى ما يصحب ذلك من تطوير في كافة النشاطات والإجراءات والمعاملات الحكومية الحالية وتبسيطها ونقلها نوعيا من الأطر اليدوية إلى الأطر التقنية الإلكترونية المتقدمة، بالاستخدام الأمثل لأحدث عناصر التكنولوجيا ونظم شبكات الاتصال تحقيقاً للتميز والارتقاء بكفاءة العمل الإداري عن طريق إنجاز المعاملات إلكترونياً وتوفير الوقت والجهد والمال على المستوى الوطني.

The transition of the public sector to the electronic government system, reflect a pure desire for achievement a great aims, which agreement with the information and communications revolution, and that reflected on the form of the public job performance, and display the services for crowd by easiness, convenience, and respectable way, and with options agreement with quality of the electronic government. And the importance of using the technology in the government business, is the development in the government activations, procedures, and making it easier, and translated it from manual mode to technology modern mode, by perfect using for communication networks system, for achievement the development of the administration work, by achieving the business in electronic way and save money, time, and effort on the national level.
