Abstract

يهدف البحث لبيان إمكانية الاستفادة من البيانات الناتجة عن المتغيرات الرتبية في دراسة محددات رضا الأسر المقيمة في مدينة دمشق عن وضعها المادي من خلال تطبيق نموذج الانحدار الرتبي Probit.

شملت عينة البحث بيانات لـ 1834 أسرة وفق سبعة متغيرات تغطي الجوانب الاقتصادية والتعليمية والاجتماعية لهذه الأسر حيث طبق نموذج الانحدار الرتبي Probit في تحليل بيانات العينة.

بينت نتائج البحث أن عينة الأسر لديها إدراك حول ما تفتقده من مقومات الرضا الإيجابي، إذ تم قياس أثر عدد من المتغيرات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية في تحديد درجة رضا رب الأسرة عن وضعه المادي، فالسلوك الاستهلاكي للأسرة في إشباع احتياجاتها غير الغذائية وصغر حجمها وتملكها لمسكنها وارتفاع المستوى التعليمي لرب الأسرة وكونه مشتغلاً، جميع تلك المتغيرات أظهرت أثراً جوهرياً في زيادة احتمال أن تكون درجة رضا الأسرة عن وضعها المادي أكثر إيجابية مقارنة مع الأسر التي لم تتمكن من إشباع احتياجاتها غير الغذائية إضافة لكبر حجمها  وتدني مستوى تعليم رب الأسرة ليصل رأي أرباب بعض تلك الأسر لفئة (لست رضياً أبداً) في حال كان رب الأسرة عاطل عن العمل ولا يملك المسكن .

The research aims to clarify the possibility of benefiting from the data resulted from ordinal variables to study households determinants of satisfaction, with their financial conditions,  in Damascus city,  through applying ordinal probit regression model.

The study sample involves the data of 1834 households, designed according to seven variables that cover educational,  economic, and social aspects.  The ordinal probit regression is applied in analyzing the sample data.

The research results show that the families in the sample know what they miss of positive satisfaction aspects. The effect of social and economic variables is  measured in order to define how much is the  head of the household satisfied with  his financial conditions. Some variables like families consumption to  satisfy its non-nutritional needs, its  small size, the possession of a house, the high  educational level of the household's head and being employed, show an essential effect in increasing the degree of households' satisfaction with their financial conditions unlike other households that don't enjoy the same aspects.  Some of them were not satisfied at all.
