تقويم تطبيق نماذج الإشراف التوجيهي (Coaching) في جامعة تشرين
Abstract
This study aimed to evaluate the application of the coaching models in Tishreen University, especially the GROW model, as one of the most important models for the implementation of the coaching, The researcher depended on the survey method where he distributed the questionnaire on 380 employees in Tishreen University, where the researcher used One-Sample Test,This study has concluded to several results, the most important one was The models of coaching are not in the form required at the university, in addition to the lack of training programs which aim to rais the efficiency of the administrative worker, the researcher recommended that there are need to identify the general staff and leaders and managers working at the university, about the importance of coaching, and the role of it in Improve Performance, and the need to focus on training staff to practice coaching according to its diverse models.
هدفت هذه الدراسة لتحديد مدى إمكانية تطبيق جامعة تشرين لنماذج الإشراف التوجيهي، وخاصة نموذج GROW كأحد أهم النماذج المتبعة لتطبيق الإشراف التوجيهي، واعتمدت الباحثة على منهج المسح، وقامت بتوزيع استبانه على 380 عامل من العاملين في كليات جامعة تشرين، واستخدمت الباحثة اختبار One-Sample Test لاختبار الفرضيات، وجاءت أهم نتائج هذه الدراسة بأن تطبيق نماذج الإشراف التوجيهي لا يتم بالشكل المطلوب في الجامعة، إضافة إلى قلة البرامج التدريبية الهادفة إلى رفع كفاءة العامل الإداري، وقد أوصت الباحثة بضرورة تعريف العاملين عامة والقادة والمديرين العاملين في الجامعة خاصة بأهمية الإشراف التوجيهي، ودوره الفعال في تحسين الأداء، وضرورة التركيز على تدريب العاملين على ممارسة الإشراف التوجيهي وفقاً لنماذجه المتنوعة.
