The Impact Of The Flexibility Of Human Resources Skill On Improving The Quality Of Student Services From The Students' Point Of View
Abstract
The aim of this research was to evaluate the flexibility of the human resources skill, and the level of quality of student services provided at Tishreen University from the students' point of view, and to determine the extent of the impact of the flexibility of the human resources skill on improving the quality of student services. A random number of Tishreen University students reached (100) students.
Among the most important results of this research are: The employees of Tishreen University have the ability to adapt to the various changes and developments taking place in the university environment, and the university provides student services with a level of quality lower than what students expect, and the presence of the flexibility of human resource skill to improve the quality of student services, and has been done Show some recommendations that would help to improve the quality of student services.
