Prevalence of Depression in Patients on Hemodiaysis at Tishreen university Hospital

الملخص: الهدف: هدفت الدراسة إلى تقدير انتشار الاكتئاب لدى مرضى التحال الدموي، بالإضافة إلى تقييم العلاقة بين شدة الاكتئاب وكل من عمر المريض ومدة التحال.
طريقة البحث: كانت هذه دراسة انتشار(مقطعية- عرضانية) أجريت في مشفى تشرين الجامعي في اللاذقية-سوريا خلال الفترة الممتدة ما بين نيسان 2020-نيسان 2021. شملت الدراسة 160 من مرضى القصور الكلوي المزمن والموضوعين على التحال الدموي، تم تقييم وجود الاكتئاب من خلال المعايير التشخيصية للامراض النفسية DSM-5 مع اعتماد مقياس هاملتون لتقييم شدته.
النتائج: بلغ معدل العمر 53 سنة، والفئة العمرية الأكثر تواتراً هي 40 -60 سنة (41.3%)، تلاها الفئة الأكبر من 60 سنة(36.9%). مثل الذكور56.3% من المرضى، وإن وسطي عدد سنوات التحال هو 3 سنوات. بلغ معدل انتشار الاكتئاب في عينة الدراسة 63.7%.تم تصنيف الاكتئاب من حيث الشدة إلى خفيف(56.9%)، متوسط(42.2%)،وشديد(0.9%)، مع ملاحظة أن ازدياد كلٍ من عمر المريض ومدة التحال يترافقان مع ازدياد شدة الاكتئاب ولكن من دون أهمية احصائية(<p0.05).
الاستنتاج: أظهرت الدراسة الحالية الحدوث المرتفع لأعراض الاكتئاب عند مرضى التحال الدموي، لذلك من الضروري تطوير تداخلات نفسية لتحسين الصحة النفسية لدى هؤلاء المرضى.
