تقييم مستويات زنك ومغنيزيوم المصل لدى مرضى الصداف
Abstract
الملخّص
الخلفية: الصداف مرضٌ جلديٌّ مزمنٌ التهابيٌّ شائعٌ, لم يتم شرح السببية المرضية في حدوثه بشكلٍ واضحٍ، ومع ذلك تلعب العناصر الزهيدة والشدّة التأكسدية دوراً هاماً.
الهدف: تمّ تصميم هذه الدراسة لدراسة المستوى المصلي للعناصر الزهيدة (الزنك والمغنيزيوم) لدى مرضى الصداف.
المواد والطرق: كانت هذه دراسة حالة - شاهد أجريت في مستشفى تشرين الجامعي، اللاذقية، خلال الفترة ما بين شباط 2021 – كانون الثاني 2022. شملت الدراسة 75 مريضاً تم تشخيصهم بالصداف، و75 شخصاً بدون صدافٍ مطابقين من ناحية العمر والجنس بعد أخذ موافقتهم.
تمّ أخذ قصة مرضية مفصّلة وإجراء فحص سريري، أجري التقييم المخبري لمستوى الزنك والمغنيزيوم المصلي وتقييم شدّة الصداف بمقياس PASI.
النتائج: امتلك مرضى الصداف مستويات مصلية للزنك أخفض بفرق هام إحصائياً من مجموعة الشاهد (72.8 ± 14.4مقابل 91.62 ± 8.3 مكغ/دل، P <0.001), ومستويات مصلية للمغنزيوم أخفض بفرق هام إحصائياً من مجموعة الشاهد (1.48 ± 0.4 مقابل 2.1 ± 0.18 مغ/دل، P <0.001).
لم يكن هناك ارتباط هام إحصائياً بين مستوى الزنك المصلي والعمر, الجنس, النمط السريري للصداف, أو مدّة تشخيص الصداف. كان هناك ارتباط خطي عكسي هام إحصائياً بين مستوى الزنك المصلي ونقاط مشعر PASI (r= -0.456, P< 0.001).
لم يكن هناك ارتباط هام إحصائياً بين مستوى المغنيزيوم المصلي والعمر, الجنس, النمط السريري للصداف, مدّة تشخيص الصداف, أو نقاط مشعر PASI (P> 0.05).
الخلاصة: لوحظ انخفاض مستويات الزنك والمغنيزيوم في المصل لدى مرضى الصداف. هناك حاجةٌ إلى مزيدٍ من الدراسات لإجراء توحيد المستويات التشخيصية للزنك والمغنيزيوم ودورها في السببية الإمراضية في الصداف.
