هل يمكن تطبيق نسبة بولتون على المجتمع السوري؟

Abstract

الملخص: أظهرت الدراسات السابقة اختلاف المجتمعات من حيث علاقات حجوم الأسنان ضمن القوس السنية الواحدة, وهذه الاختلافات غير ممنهجة. الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو تحديد نسبة بولتون في المجتمع السوري. المواد والطرق: تم استخدام المقياس الرقمي لقياس العرض الأنسي الوحشي للأسنان وتم القياس حتى أقرب 0.5 ملم. تم اختيار عينة مكونة من 100 مثال جبسي لمرضى من اللاذقية وتم إجراء البحث على مدى 7 أشهر. تم تطبيق تحليل كولموغروف-سميرونوف, اختبار t test, عند نسبة ثقة بالنتائج 99%.النتائج: وجد البحث أن متوسط تحليل بولتون الجزئي كان 78.9% بانحراف معياري 3.8% p=99.17% , ومتوسط تحليل بولتون الكامل 91.8% بانحراف معياري 3.1% و.p=99.49%أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود اختلاف جوهري بين تحليل بولتون الكلي في العينة المأخوذة وقيم بولتون الواردة في الجدول السابق، بسبب انخفاض دلالة الاختبار P-value  حتى 0.003 في تحليل بولتون الجزئي وهي أقل من 1%، وارتفاعها إلى 14.2% في تحليل بولتون الكامل مما يزيد بفارق كبير عن مستوى الدلالة المعتمد وهو 0.01 ، لذا كان الاختلاف جوهري بين نسب العينة المدروسة ونسب بولتون الجزئي. المناقشة: أظهر البحث وجود فرق هام إحصائياً عن تحليل بولتون الجزئي في عينة من الأفراد السوريين بينما لم يكن هنالك فروقات هامة بالنسبة لتحليل بولتون الكامل.
