دراسة مقارنة لفعالية الأدوات اللبية اليدوية الستانلس ستيل والنيكل تيتانيوم في تحضير الأقنية الجذرية المنحنية في الأسنان المقلوعة

Abstract

الهدف: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى المقارنة بين الأدوات اللبية اليدوية المصنوعة من الستانلس ستيل وتلك المصنوعة من النيكل تيتانيوم في تحضير الأقنية الجذرية المنحنية لأسنان مقلوعة و ذلك من حيث فعالية التحضير (المحافظة على انحناء القناة الأصلي) والزمن اللازم لإنهاء التحضير. المواد والطرق: بلغت عينة البحث 24 سنا بشريا مقلوعا مع قناة منحنية واحدة. تم فتح الحجرة اللبية لكل سن ثم تم تحديد الطول العامل, تم وضع كل سن ضمن قالب من السيليكون للحفاظ على وضع ثابت للأسنان أثناء التصوير, ثم تم تحديد درجة انحناء الأقنية الجذرية. وتم تقسيم العينة عشوائياً إلى مجموعتين: وتم تحضير الأقنية في المجموعة الأولى بأدوات الستانلس ستيل وفي المجموعة الثانية بأدوات النيكل تيتانيوم. وتم تقييم فعالية التحضير من خلال دراسة الاستقامة الحاصلة في القناة وقد تم تسجيل الوقت اللازم لإنهاء التحضير. النتائج: وجد من خلال هذه الدراسة أن كلا نظامي التحضير أدى إلى تغيير في انحناء القناة الأصلي بشكل هام إحصائيا دون أن يكون هناك فرق بين نظامي التحضير. إلا أنه كان تحضير الأقنية المنحنية أسرع باستخدام أدوات النيكل تيتانيوم وبشكل هام إحصائياً. الاستنتاجات: اعتمادا على نتائج الدراسة الحالية فقد وجد أن التحضير اليدوي للأقنية الجذرية يسبب تغيرا هاما في الشكل الأصلي للقناة الجذرية المنحنية بغض النظر عن المادة المصنوعة منها الأدوات اللبية وذلك عند اتباع طريقة التحضير نفسها. إن التحضير اليدوي بأدوات مصنوعة من النيكل تيتانيوم يتطلب وقتا أقل من نظيرتها المصنوعة من الستانلس ستيل . Aim: to compare the shaping ability of NiTi hand instruments with Stainless- steel instruments in preparation of curved root canal in extracted teeth. Materials and Methods: a total of 24 of curved root canal were randomly divided into two groups. One group was prepared using stainless steel instruments and the other prepared NiTi instruments. Curvatures pre-and post instrumentation were registered and compared. And straightening of the canals were determined by autocad analysis system. Results: two systems were significantly changed the original canal curvature with no differences between both systems. However, the time required to finish preparation was significantly less with NiTi system. Conclusion: under the conditions of this study, it can be concluded that two hand instrumentation system changed the original canal curvature, but the time consuming to finish the preparation was less with NiTi hand system.
