The Reality of Diversity Management in Physical Education Faculties in Syria
Abstract
Diversity in the workforce is common in organizations of all kinds, including institutions, educational sectors, schools and universities, and diversity in human resources is not only a phenomenon at the international level, but also exists at the local level. In the Syrian society the educational apparent at the international level only, but is at the local level, in the Syrian society the educational institutions are characterized by diversity of employment and the faculty of sport and physical education is one of them. This research aims to discover the reality of diversity management in physical education faculties in Syria and to achieve this a questionnaire was constructed and distributed to (75) workers in physical education faculties in Lattakia and Hama. The results showed the level of diversity management in physical education faculties in Syria is within the average level.
