التسمم بالباراسيتامول عند الأطفال

Abstract

تأتي أهمية هذه المقالة من الاستخدام الواسع والعشوائي للباراسيتامول ومن الخطر الكبير لاستخدام جرعة مفرطة منه على الخلية الكبدية والتي قد تسبب قصورا كبديا خطيرا ومميتا. ن- أستيل – سيستئين هو ترياق نوعي وممتاز للتسمم بالباراسيتامول وقد حددت استطباباته حاليا بدقة. قدمنا حالتين سريريتين لتسمم حاد بالباراسيتامول وحالة سريرية نادرة لتسمم مزمن بالباراسيتامول وجميعها قبلت في مشفى الأسد الجامعي باللاذقية – قسم الأطفال Sommaire L'importance de cet article vient de l'utilisation large , auto medicalisè du paracétamol, et le grand danger de sur dosage de paracétamol. L'intoxication peutetre aigue ou chronique qui endommagé l'hépatocyte et entraine une in suffisance hépato cellulaire mortelle. La –N- acétylcystéine est un excellente antidote, ses indications sont bien codifiées actuellement on présente deux cas cliniques sur l'intoxication aigue au paracétamol et un cas clinique rare surl'intoxi cation chronique, ces cas ont été hospitalise en Al Assad hospital à Lattaquè dans le service de pédiatrie.
