تأثير حلقتي التصليب القصيرة والطويلة لراتنج قواعد الأجهزة السنية الأكريلي على تحرر الشوارد من هياكل الكوبالت-كروم المغمورة في اللعاب الاصطناعي
Abstract
تتعرض خليطة الكوبالت-كروم لدرجات حرارة أثناء مرحلة تصليب الأكريل قد تؤثر على تآكل الخليطة. تهدف الدراسة لتقييم تأثير كل من حلقتي تصليب الأكريل القصيرة والطويلة على تحرر شوارد الكوبالت والكروم من خليطة القاعدة المعدنية, حيثتم تصنيع 45 نموذجاً معدنياً قسمت لثلاث مجموعات متساوية عشوائياً, الأولى شاهدة أما المجموعة الثانية فعرضت لظروف حلقة التصليب القصيرة بينما عرضت الثالثة لظروف حلقة التصليب الطويلة ثم غمرت النماذج باللعاب الاصطناعي لمدة شهر ثم تم إجراء القياسات باستخدام جهاز الامتصاص الذري.
كانت قيم تركيز كل من شوارد الكوبالتوال كروم المتحررة في المجموعة الشاهدة (بالميكروغرام / لتر) أصغر (مع وجود فروق ثنائية ذات دلالة إحصائية) من المجموعتين الثانية والثالثة، ولم توجد فروق ثنائية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المجموعتين الثانية والثالثة.
لذا يفضل استخدام حلقة التصليب الطويلة باعتبارها لا تختلف في تأثيرها على تآكل الخليطة المعدنية عن الحلقة القصيرة ولما تعطيه من خواص أفضل للأكريل وفقاً للباحثين.
In the acrylic curing stage, Co-Cr alloy is exposed to heat temperatures that may affect the alloy corrosion.
We aimed to study the effect of short and long curing cycles (cc) of acrylic resin on Co, Cr ions release from Co-Cr frameworks.
So, 45 Co-Cr models were fabricated and divided randomly into three equal groups: 1st group: (control), 2nd group: exposed to short cc conditions, while 3rd group was exposed to long cc conditions. Then samples were submerged in artificial saliva for one month, and measurements were performed using atomic absorption spectrometry.
Concentrations of both cobalt and chromium ions released in control group (in µg/l) were less (with astatistically significant difference) than those in 2nd and 3rd one, with no statistically significant differences found between 2nd and 3rd group.
Longcc is preferred because there is no difference in its impact on metallic alloy corrosion compared with short curing cycle, and it provides the best properties to acrylic resin according to researchers.
