النكس العقدي الموافق بالجهة بعد تجريف العنق الانتخابي فوق الكتلامية

Abstract

الهدف: لتحديد مستوى النكس العقدي الموافق بالجهة بعد تجريف العنق فوق الكتلامية عند المرضى المصابين بسرطان في الشفة أو الفم أو البلعوم الفموي والمعالَجين في المركز الطبي نفسه. بين عامي 2010 و2013، أجري لـ 38 مريضاً 38 عملية تجريف عنق فوق الكتلامية. النتائج: كانت هناك 5 حالات من النكس العقدي الموافق بالجهة (13%)، اثنتان منهما خارج حدود تجريف العنق فوق الكتلامية وثلاث منها داخل حدود التجريف. لم توجد أية علاقة بين النكس العقدي وبين الحالة النسيجية للعقد اللمفية، 4 مرضى من أصل الـ 5 الذين لديهم نكس عقدي تلقوا علاجاً شعاعياً بعد الجراحة. Objective : to analyze the level (site) of ipsilateral neck recurrences after supraomohyoid neck dissection in patients with lip, oral and oropharyngeal cancer treated in a single institution. Between 2010 – 2013, 38 patients underwent 38 supraomohyoid neck dissection. Results: there were 5 cases (13%) of ipsilateral neck recurrences, 2 were beyond the limits of the supraomohyoid neck dissection, and 3 were inside these limits. There was no association of neck recurrences with pathological status of lymph nodes. 4 of the 5 recurrences were in patients who underwent postoperative radiotherapy.
