دراسة مخبرية لتأثير تبريد الراتنج السيلوراني والميتاكريلاتي على حدوث التسرب المجهري في حفر الصنف الثاني
Abstract
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم التسرب المجهري في حفر الصنف الثاني المرمّمة بالراتنج المركب الميتاكريلاتي (Tetric Ceram HB) والسلوراني (P90 Filtek) بعد حفظهما في ظروف ودرجات حرارة مختلفة. مواد وطرائق البحث: تألفت عينة البحث من 36 ضاحك بشري سليم خالٍ من النخر، وتم تهيئة حفرتين صنف ثاني أنسية ووحشية على كل سن ذات أبعاد محددة ورمّمت الحفر المحضرة بالراتنج الميثاكريلاتي (Tetric Ceram HB) والراتنج السلوراني (P90 Filtek) ضمن ثلاثة ظروف مختلفة لكل راتنج: المجموعة A: تطبيق الراتنج المركب ونظام الربط في درجة حرارة الغرفة (24°C)، المجموعة B: تطبيق الراتنج المركب ونظام الربط مباشرة بعد إزالتهما من الثلاجة بدرجة حرارة (4°C)، المجموعة C: تطبيق الراتنج المركب ونظام الربط بعد 30 دقيقة من إزالتهما من الثلاجة. النتائج : أظهر تبريد كل من الراتنج الميتاكريلاتي (Tetric Ceram HB) والراتنج السيلوراني (P90 Filtek) زيادة في التسرب المجهري وبفارق هام إحصائياً بالمقارنة مع تطبيقهما بدرجة حرارة الغرفة (24°C) وتطبيقهما بعد 30 دقيقة من إزالتهما من درجة حرارة الثلاجة، ولم تتواجد فروق معنوية بين الراتنج السيلوراني (P90) والميثاكريلاتي (Tetric HB) من حيث التسرب المجهري عند المقارنة بين نوعي الراتنج في الطرق الثلاث المتبعة بحفظ الراتنج وتطبيقه. The aims of this study were to evaluate the microleakage in the Class II Cavities Restored with methacrylate resin composite (Tetric Ceram HB) or silorane resin composite (P90 Filtek) that had been stored in different situations and temperatures. Materials and Methods: thirty six intact human upper first premolars were employed. Two Class II cavities with specific dimensions had prepared on each tooth mesially and distally. Teeth were Restored by Methacrylate Resin (HB IVOCLAR), Silorane Resin (P90), Under three different conditions: Group (A): application of composite and Adhesive System at room temperature (24°C), Group (B): application of composite and Adhesive System, immediately after removal from refrigerator temperature (4°C), Group (C): application of composite and Adhesive System, 30 minutes after removal from the refrigerator at room temperature (24°C).Results: This study observed a statistically significant increase in microleakage when applying each of methacrylate composite (HB IVOCLAR) and silorane composite (P90) immediately after removal from refrigerator temperature (4°C) Compared when applied at room temperature (24°C) and when applied 30 minutes after removing from refrigerator temperature, no significant differences were found between silorane composite (P90) and Methacrylate composite (Tetric HB) in microleakage when comparing the two types of resin in the three ways used in storing both resinsDownloads
