دراسة نتائج علاج الخصية المختفية ثنائية الجانب ب ال B-HCG دراسة استقبالية في مشفى الأسد الجامعي في اللاذقية بين عامي 2014-2016
Abstract
أجريت الدراسة في مشفى الأسد الجامعي في اللاذقية في قسم الجراحة بين عامي 2014-2016 على 52 مريضاً لديهم 104 خصى غير نازلة راوحت أعمارهم بين6 أشهر- 5سنوات وكان هدف الدراسة: 1- دراسة النتائج العلاجية ل B HCG في إنزال الخصية المختفية ثنائية الجانب . 2- دراسة العمر الأمثل لتطبيق العلاج الهرموني ب B HCG . أجري تصوير البطن بالأمواج فوق الصوتية لتسعة و ثلاثين مريضاً (75%) للتفتيش عن التشوهات في السبيل البولي وكانت سلبية كان العمر الوسطي للمرضى 2 – 2,5 سنة وعدد المرضى الذين عولجوا قبل عمر السنتين 29مريضاً (55.77%) ، وتمت متابعة المرضى خلال ستة أشهر، ووجد أن هنالك نجاح بعد ستة أشهر من العلاج بنسبة 34,61 % من مجمل العينة للخصيتين معا ً , و 13,46 % من مجمل العينة لخصية واحدة . و وجدنا أنه كلما كان العلاج باكرا ً ازدادت نسبة نجاح المعالجة حيث أن العمر المفضل للعلاج ب B HCG هو تحت عمر السنتين . The study was carried out in Al-Assad University Hospital in Lattakia in surgery department for a period of two years (2014 – 2016). There were 52 patients with 104 undescended testises , their ages were between (6 months -5 years) .The objects of this study were as following: 1- study the result of treatment of B-HCG for bilateral cryptorchidism . 2- Study the optimal age for the application of hormonal treatment with B HCG . Ultrasound (US) was done to 39 patients (75%) to find the abnormalities of urinary tract, and the results were negative. The mean age was 2,5 . There were 29 patients (55.77 %) who were less than 2 years of age. Patients were followed for six months . There was success after six months of treatment 34,61 % of the total sample for bilateral cryptorchidism , 13,64 % of the total sample for one side . if treatment was early , the success rate would be better . the preferred age for treatment of B Hcg is less than 2 years of age .Downloads
