تأثير الإعطاء الوقائي للصادات في مستوى تجرثم الدم العابر بعد القلع الجراحي

Abstract

أجريت الدراسة في كلية طب الأسنان بجامعة دمشق وشملت العينة 30 مريض بحاجة لقلع جراحي للرحى الثالثة السفلية، من المرضى المراجعين لقسم جراحة الفم والفكين بكلية طب الأسنان جامعة دمشق. تم إعطاء 2غ أموكسيسيللين قبل ساعة من الجراحة لـ 15 مريض. تمَ تقييم الصحة الفموية لكل مريض من خلال مشعر اللويحة ومشعر التهاب اللثة. قمنا بأخذ 5مل من الدم الوريدي لكل مريض قبل وبعد العمل الجراحي. تمَ وضع الدم ضمن زجاجات خاصة وحضنت هذه الزجاجات ضمن حاضنة بدرجة 37 درجة مئوية لمدة 5 أيام. وبعدها قمنا بالزرع الجرثومي على أوساط الآغار الدموي وماكونكي من أجل التحري عن نمو المستعمرات الجرثومية. بلغت نسبة الإصابة بالتجرثم الدموي العابر قبل العمل الجراحي 0% في كامل عينة البحث وبلغت نسبة التجرثم الدموي العابر 71,4% من دون إعطاء أموكسيسيللين و42,9% مع إعطاء أموكسيسيللين. This study was performed in the faculty of dental medicine –Damascus university. the studied sample contained 30 patients in need for surgical extraction of third inferior molar. A dose of 2 grams of amoxicillin was administered an hour before surgery to 15 patients. The oral health was assessed using plaque index and gingivitis index. 5ml of venous blood was taken pre and post surgery. Blood was then put in special glass bottles and incubated in 37c for five days, then the blood samples were cultured on blood agar and MacConkey's agar and then searched for any bacterial growth bacterimia percentage was 0% before surgery in all study participants, while it was 71.4% with amoxicillin and 42.9% without amoxicillin.
