Abstract
Background & Objective: study of cases of metastatic liver tumors and the diagnostic methods and the surgical management that cause increase in patients who give successful hepatectomy.
Methods & Material: the study sample consist of complete records between 2006 – 2011 in hospitals: Almouasat – Alasad – Albairuni. In Damascus University.
Results: when we studied one hundred and fifty cases of hepatic tumor patients, we performed operation for only fifty of them. So we well give some advices in management of metastatic hepatic tumors in surgery.
Conclusion: removal of metastatic hepatic tumors especially from colon and rectum must be curable and safety.
خلفية البحث وهدفه: دراسة حالات أورام الكبد الانتقالية، وطرائق تشخيصها المخبري والشعاعي والنسيجي والتدبير الجراحي لها مدعوما بالتقنيات الحديثة بما يقدم ذلك من فائدة في معدلات البقيا على المدى البعيد ويسهم في زيادة عدد المرضى الذين يخضعون لقطع الكبد الناجح .
مواد البحث وطرائقه: أجريت الدراسة الإحصائية بالطريقة الراجعة والمستقبلية حسب مجموعات المرضى المدروسين بين الأعوام 2006-2011 في دمشق في المشافي: المواساة – الأسد الجامعي – البيروني.
النتائج:لدى فحص مئة وخمسين مريض لديهم كتل كبدية من منشأ غير كبدي، تم إجراء الجراحة لخمسين مريض منهم فقط وسنقدم الإحصاء والتحليل على هذه العينة ، لنخلص إلى استنتاج بعض النصائح في تدبير الانتقالات الكبدية جراحياً.
الاستنتاج: إن استئصال الانتقالات الكبدية وخاصة تلك التي من سرطان الكولون والمستقيم يجب أن تكون شافية ومنجزة في أفضل الشروط من الأمان للمريض.
