دراسة علاقة نموذج النمو مع عرض كل من البلعوم الفموي وعرض البلعوم الأنفي دراسة شعاعية جانبية للجمجمة
Abstract
هدف الدراسة: تم إجراء هذه الدراسة لمقارنة علاقة نموذج النمو العمودي والأفقي والطبيعي مع عرض كل من البلعوم الأنفي والفموي باستخدام الدراسة الشعاعية الجانبية للجمجمة وفق تحليل مكنمارا بهدف تأمين مشعر تشخيصي علاجي يخدم الاختصاص بوضع خطة العلاج المناسبة.
المواد والطرق:
1- تم انتقاء 61 صورة شعاعية جانبية للجمجمة (إناث وذكور) من أرشيف قسم تقويم الأسنان والفكين في كلية طب الأسنان بجامعة تشرين وفق المعايير التالية:
أ- العمر(14-18سنة)
ب- الجنس (عينة عشوائية وموزعة وفق ثلاثة مجموعات تبعا لنموذج النمو )
2- تم تقسيم هذه الصور إلى ثلاثة مجموعات وفق نموذج النمو(طبيعي-عمودي -أفقي)
3- قمنا بأجراء دراسة تحليلية لهذه الصور وفق دراسة مكنمارا.
4-تم معالجة هذه النتائج إحصائيا لتحري علاقة نموذج النمو مع مجرى الهواء.
وأظهرت نتائج هذه الدراسة إن هنالك تناسب طردي بين عرض البلعوم الأنفي والمتغير (sgo.nme) بينما عرض البلعوم الفموي لم يتأثر بنموذج النمو
Aim of the study:this study is undertaken to compare realation growth pattern (vertical,horizantal,normal)and width of the nasopharygenal,oropharygenal by use study(skull side X-RAY study) according Mcnamara analysis to provide diagnostic treatmental index which serves the speciality by setting a proper treatment plan.
Matrial and Method:
1-was demarcated 61 imaging(skull side X-RAY study)(males,female)were traced department orthodontic in tishreen university and divided three groups according on:
a-age(14-18 year)
b-gender (male,female)
2-the images were divided 3 groups according growth pattern(vertical, horizantal, normal)
3-we adopted an analytical study according to Mcnamara analysis
4-the results were processed statistically by using spss version 13
to investigate the relation between growth and airway.
resaluts:
the results of this study showed that there is positive correlation between width of the nasopharygenal and the variable(sgo-nme),while the width of theoropharygenal was not affected by the growth pattern.
