العلاقة بين البروتين الارتكاسي (CRP)C ودرجة ضبط السكر عند مرضى السكري نمطΙΙ
Abstract
تشير الدراسات الحديثة إلى وجود ترافق بين الضبط السيئ لسكر الدم وبين تطور الاختلاطات القلبية الوعائية عند مرضى السكري نمطΙΙ.
كما تؤكد الدراسات أن ارتفاع CRP هو عامل خطر هام للداء القلبي الوعائي.
ومن هنا فكرنا بدراسة وجود رابط بين مستويات ضبط السكر وبين الالتهاب الجهازي حيث قمنا بمعايرةCRP كمؤشر جيد وثابت للالتهاب ومعايرة الخضاب الغلوكوزي HbA1C كمؤشر على مستويات ضبط السكر خلال الأسابيع السابقة للمعايرة.
لقد بينت هذه الدراسة أن ارتفاع تراكيز CRP تزداد مع ازدياد مستويات الخضاب الغلوكوزيHbA1C .
وهذه الموجودات تشير إلى ترابط بين ضبط سكر الدم وبين الالتهاب الجهازي وبالتالي يتوجب علينا السيطرة على الالتهاب وتحقيق ضبط جيد لسكر الدم للوقاية من تطور الداء القلبي الوعائي عند مرضى السكري نمطΙΙ.
Recent studies suggest an association between poor glycemic control and the development of cardiovascular disease in people with diabetes type ΙΙ. Studies have also indicated that c-reactive protein (CRP) is an important risk factor for cardiovascular disease .
Therefore we thought to elucidate the link between levels of glycemic control and systemic inflammation. We have measured both CRP as a good and stable indicator of inflammation and glycated hemoglobin HbA1C as an indicator of levels of glycemic control through the latered weeks.
This study has found out that elevated CRP concentrations increase with increasing HbA1C levels. These findings suggest an association between glycemic control and systemic inflammation in people with diabetes typeΙΙ.
So we have to control the systemic inflammation and achieve a good glycemic control in order to present the development of cardiovascular disease in people with diabetes typeΙΙ.
